RECOVERED IN A WEEK
At Izmir University of Economics Medical Point Hospital, simultaneous colon cancer surgery by the general surgery team and kidney cancer surgery by the urology team were performed using robotic surgery technology. Tuncay Andiç (73), who regained his health after both surgeries, said, "I recovered in a week."

Andiç, who said, "Thanks to the robot, it is very skillful," noted that having two surgeries at the same time was not easy. He said, "Thanks to the patience of our professors and my own resilience, I had successful surgeries. From now on, we will adapt to a new lifestyle. I am sure everything will be better."
